Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of a Mostajer account and related personal data.
Important for App Store submission: If the submitted iOS build lets users create accounts, the app should include an in-app deletion path, for example Settings -> Account -> Delete Account, and may link to this page for details.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open Mostajer and go to account settings if account settings are available in your build.
- Choose Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
- If the in-app option is not available, email support@siyadatech.studio with the subject

Email Request Details
To help us locate the account, include:
- The email or phone number used for the account.
- The individual-landlord profile name, if it differs from your contact name.
- A short statement confirming that you want the account deleted.
What Will Be Deleted
- Account profile information associated with the requesting user.
- User-uploaded message screenshots, OCR text, and reconciliation records where deletion is permitted.
- Optional device identifiers and support records that are no longer required.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained for a limited period when required for security, fraud prevention, audit logs, legal obligations, dispute handling, accounting, or backup integrity. We will minimize retained data and restrict access.
Timing
The pre-pilot preview creates no account, so no preview account deletion is pending. Before production accounts are enabled, SiyadaTech must publish a reviewed acknowledgement and completion process that reflects applicable law, identity checks, and any records that must be retained.
Demo Data
The public pre-pilot preview uses synthetic data, accepts no uploads, and does not create real user accounts. This route documents the future deletion process; there is currently no preview account to delete. Demo data may be reset without notice. Mostajer is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by REGA, Ejar, Aqari, ZATCA, or any bank.
