Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SiyadaTech handles information for Mostajer, a rental-payment reconciliation product for individual landlords in Saudi Arabia.
The public pre-pilot preview uses synthetic sample data, creates no real user accounts, and has uploads disabled. Do not submit real personal, tenant, bank, tax, or government-platform data. A future production version may process user-provided data only after its legal and technical controls are live and this notice has been reviewed for that service.

How We Use Information
- Provide the payment reconciliation and demo experience.
- Detect likely matches between Ejar payment evidence and bank transfer evidence.
- Apply standing authorization only when the shared autonomy policy returns an explicit eligible decision; any blocker leaves the case open for review.
- Review tax eligibility without generating an invoice unless the required tax status and compliant provider are verified.
- Secure the service, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, and respond to support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not use third-party advertising in the demo. We may share information only with:
- Service providers that help host, secure, monitor, or support the app.
- A person explicitly authorized by the individual account holder, according to account permissions.
- Legal, security, or regulatory parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Retention
Demo data is synthetic and may be reset at any time. Production account and reconciliation data is retained while needed to provide the service, satisfy audit or legal requirements, resolve disputes, or support customer instructions. Users may request deletion as described on the Account Deletion page.
Your Choices
- Request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data.
- Revoke optional permissions in device settings when applicable.
- Use manual upload instead of ongoing monitoring if available in your build.

Children
Mostajer is intended only for adult individual landlords. It is not a product for property operators or business accounts and is not directed to children.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information.

Mostajer is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), Ejar, Aqari, the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), or any bank. Their names identify external systems only. Users must have the right to process any rental, tenant, bank, or tax information they provide.
